Prior experience in the sports industry with exposure to event management or event sales preferred. Act as the primary point of contact on-site to execute components of the marketing and promotions programsAssist with the development of sales collateral for THE PLAYERSDuring tournament week, interact with clients to ensure all of their needs are met, prospect new clients, assist Director to secure repeat purchases, and conduct fan surveys as requestedProvide support to the Senior Director - Sales and Manager - Community Relations and Charity Outreach as neededWorks with various internal departments to assist in managing lead generation and referrals between groupsLiaison between tournament sales team and Inside Sales for inventory/revenue reporting managementGenerates Marketing and Hospitality Agreements and coordinates such efforts between client, sales lead and respective legal contacts (internal and external)Liaises with Ticketing group on steps related to processing and fulfillment of completed hospitality dealsAssists sales team in A/R processSupports sales team and TSM's in coordinating sponsorship deliverablesExecutes small package sales and Group Sales on an as-needed basisSpecial Projects and other duties as assigned.
