summary Exciting 11-month position located on the SE side of Tucson for a growing Manufacturing Plant in the Irrigation Industry. Multi-faceted position where various skills are needed to perform day to day tasks, such as; customer service, order processing, data entry, database maintenance, shipping and warranty returns. Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Pay - $19.00hr Position Responsibilities Receive, enter and process customer orders "Enter and process purchase orders "Pick and pack items for shipment "Accurately maintain databases "Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures "Compile, sort, and organize documents to ensure data is retained Other responsibilities as deemed necessary, by the National Service Manager, to support the continued growth of Pump & Filter Services Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED "Typing speed of 40wpm "Excellent knowledge of word and data processing tools (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices "Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets and reports "Good command of the English language, both written and oral "Strong attention to detail "Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Desired Qualifications Associate Degree of Arts and/or Science "Quickbooks, Smartsheet, and/or Magento software experience required-skills: High School
