ABOUT THE ROLE As a Color Factory Accounting Manager, you'll manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and budget management. You'll also:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing

Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts

Manage the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop budgets & analyze variances

Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, & internal controls to ensure compliance & safeguard company assets

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS, etc.)

Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with ADP and QuickBooks preferred

Progressive experience in accounting roles and fast-paced environments with tight deadlines

CPA certification preferred but not required
