Schedule:

* Monday - Friday 1pm to 7pm

* Saturday 8am - 5pm (flexible to possibly be every other Saturday)

* Sundays off

Responsibilities:

* Process cash and credit card payments

* Balance daily deposits

* Book repair orders and issue purchase orders

* Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way

* Assist the Managers with various clerical duties, as needed

Qualifications/experience:

* Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

* Professional appearance and demeanor a must

* Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Dealership experience preferred, but not required.

* Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

*Must pass drug test and criminal background check
