Our client, a nationwide provider of wireless communication systems, has an immediate need for an experienced RF Systems Engineer, to join their winning team in Goldsboro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be troubleshooting and providing field support for public safety communication systems we support in that geographical area.
The systems will, include analog/digital radio networks, IP networks, microwave links, and wireless data.
You will lead and mentor technicians, contributing to talent development.
Work in collaboration with management and customers to identify ways to improve the system and keep a finger on the pulse of customer concerns with the systems we support to ensure they function at their best capacity.
It is a combination of onsite and out in the field at customer sites as needed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates MUST have either three years’ experience with P25 Simulcast systems or Multisite Trunking experience
And three years knowledge of one of these Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems
L3Harris land mobile radio (LMR)
Motorola LMR
Kenwood
Tait
One year of experience in maintaining large public safety radio networks.
Because this role will interact with customers, they must have strong communication skills.
