Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer with demonstrative experience in Oil & Natural Gas facilities to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will design various types of stations and systems such as natural gas compressor stations, interconnect stations, M&R stations, interstate pipeline systems, CO2 facilities, and Natural Gas liquid facilities. Your responsibilities will include producing drawing redlines, design calculations, and coordinating with the drafting team to create Hazardous Area Classification Plans, Grounding Plans, Conduit and Cable Tray Routing Plans, and more. Additionally, you will support the mechanical team by reviewing Piping and Instrumentation Drawings and prepare specifications for various electrical components.
Hard Skills
- Designing natural gas compressor stations, interconnect stations, M&R stations, interstate pipeline systems, CO2 facilities, and Natural Gas liquid facilities
- Producing drawing redlines, design calculations
- Coordinating with drafting team
- Reviewing Piping and Instrumentation Drawings
- Preparing specs for electrical components
- Performing design calculations for sizing electrical systems
- Demonstrative experience in Oil & Gas facilities
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully remote position.
Work Environment
The position is fully remote, from Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to job sites as needed. The candidate has the option to work from offices located in Lexington, KY, or Houston, TX.
