Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is looking for a Contract Manager/Administrative Project Manager - National Client Group to join our Building & Construction team in Kennesaw, GA.
Intertek-PSI is a leading US based provider of assurance, testing, inspection, and consulting solutions in civil and commercial construction. Our broad service offering includes construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing. Through these risk management and quality assurance services, we ensure the reliability, safety and performance of our client's new developments, existing assets, and facilities.
Key Duties:
- Maintain communication with clients via email and phone providing updates on various projects; building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Preparation of project documents, assembling proposals and maintaining office electronic files
- Correspond with numerous internal Intertek-PSI offices throughout the U.S. for proposal and project updates via email and phone
- Project set up in Intertek-PSI's internal management system; data entry for numerous projects per day
- Prepare and review invoices per project budget specifications
- Work willingly with manager and assistant manager for daily and weekly assignments
- Accurately maintain excel spreadsheet database with client, project and budget information
- Respond to emails/return phone calls in timely manner
- Complete internal Project Management training
- Work with Regional Business Development Personnel in preparing large, RFQ/RFP Responses
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills/outgoing and friendly telephone demeanour
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated & able to work in fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency- Outlook/Excel/Word/Adobe
- Responsive & willing to help where needed
Preferred Experience/Education:
- Associates Degree/equivalent or higher
- 5+ years of office experience with business, sales or marketing as a focus
- Experience with client communications
