Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help drive marketing initiatives and optimize our team operations. This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional marketing projects and workflows to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, including planning, resource allocation, task tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery
  • Collaborate with the CEO and marketing leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
  • Establish and maintain project management best practices, templates, and reporting for the marketing function
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders
  • Optimize marketing workflows and processes to improve productivity, data quality, and alignment across teams
  • Perform light quality assurance reviews on marketing materials prior to publication to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and alignment with project requirements
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  • Support the roll-out of new marketing technologies and tools, ensuring successful user adoption
  • Document processes, create training materials, and provide guidance to the team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a marketing or cross-functional operations role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent marketing projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experienced user of Jira (or similar tools) for project planning, task management, and collaboration
  • Familiar with design tools like Figma for reviewing and providing feedback on marketing assets
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
