Position Overview

As the Digital Merchandising Manager in our Affiliate Division, you will be pivotal in driving online sales, optimizing product visibility, and enhancing the digital shopping journey. This position is well-suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and advance in digital merchandising within the E-Commerce landscape.

The salary range for this position is$80,000to$95,000per year. Compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for visually representing new and existing products across several E-commerce platforms. Including leveraging our in-house digital content, organizing product listings, and ensuring that product information is compliant, accurate, and engaging.
  • Executing our everyday and promotional pricing strategy for new and existing items.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to plan and execute advertising and sponsored product campaigns, sales events, and new product launches.
  • Collaborating with our creative team to manage engaging content related to products, such as product descriptions, images, videos, and interactive elements while following the guidelines of each platform.
  • Using data analytics tools to track product and marketing performance and customer trends to make informed decisions to optimize merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Digital Merchandising, and other e-commerce related fields.
  • Familiarity with Jira project management software, as well as advertising programs and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a collaborative disposition
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
