Senior Corporate Accountant

Our client is a recognized private equity real estate investment management company with a proven track record of performance investing exclusively in institutional quality industrial and logistics properties located in major markets across the US.

They are looking for a

Senior Corporate Accountant

who will work managing the corporate financials for the company along with the financials for their general partners for their funds.

$90k up to $100K/year + 10% Bonus Hybrid schedule ( 4 days onsite, 1 day in the office ) Strong job security The company pays 100% of medical, dental, and LTD/STD 401K with a safe harbor match of 3%

Responsibilities

Assisting with managing the relationship with HSLP’s capital partner. Take ownership of understanding the documents that govern the various entities, including maintaining waterfall schedules. Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statement packages. Arranging annual audited financial statements and acting as the lead contact with auditors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager accounting and property management software is a plus Solid organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
