Title: Global Content Curation specialist Location: Remote Duration: 6 months (can extend)

Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid): Remote, team sits in Mountain time and Pacific, entire team is remote so can sit in USA, but we all start on pacific time zone. Hours: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week, 9am to 6pm pacific typically although can be a little flexible at times.

Is there a possibility for extension in this role or potential for permanent hire - yes extensions are possible.

Is specific industry experience required? Not required, however Media/Entertainment industry experience is nice to have. We would like to see candidates with a personal interest in working in Media/Entertainment. We are looking for candidates who are open to cross training in the different parts of curation, working with different content management systems. This is broadly a curation based role, this is an opportunity to expand their curation experience.

Looking for candidates with 1-2 years experience • Detail-oriented self-starter • Learns new tools and systems quickly • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Computer literate • Capable of problem solving • Knowledge of the entertainment industry • Working knowledge of content management systems Knowledge of Google suite like docs, sheets, drive, slides, etc.

Nice to Have: Knowledge of Jira and Atlassian, airtable Photoshop and web production skills desirable

Coordinator - Paramount Streaming, Paramount+ Global Content Curation

The Global Content Curation department plays an integral role in the Paramount+ and CBS.com user experience by managing content production and editorial for all sites and apps, including live sports and global events. The department is comprised of four teams: Content Services, Curation, Editorial & Metadata Governance and CBS.com.

Overview and Responsibilities The Curation team manages the day-to-day operations for launches and refreshes of series, movies, live events, homepages, hubs and virtual live linear channels. They operationalize workflows related to the launch and maintenance of new features, platforms and markets. The team partners with central and local Programming, Marketing and Product Merchandising teams to ensure content priorities are presented accurately and on time. The Curation team is comprised of the following groups: Launch & Run, Live Events and Virtual Live Linear.

The coordinator is a part of a global team that is responsible for curating content for distribution across the Paramount+ consumer site and app experience. This role is responsible for creating, curating and scheduling content on Paramount+ global sites and apps. Working with multiple schedules for multiple brands, they coordinate, build and schedule video clips and episodic content in collaboration with the editorial and design teams. The coordinator has excellent project management and communication skills, which are necessary for close collaboration with multiple internal teams. They also can multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment and work autonomously, and they have a keen eye for detail.

While this is generally a daytime job, we occasionally need coverage for evenings, weekends and holidays.
