Overview AdventHealth Medical Group Critical Care at Central Florida is looking for a dynamic physician to be a part of our expanding critical care team. This position would be focused as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in our Cardiovascular ICU at our AdventHealth Orlando campus also known as our Advanced Cardiac Surgical Unit.Physicians will have responsibility to cover in the new, state of the art, 32 bed CVICUCollaborate with experienced and established intensivists, cardiology and pulmonology transplant medical/care team to help continue to grow and establish a high quality and highly sustainable Cardiovascular, Heart & Lung Transplant Critical Care program.Our team performs over 35-50 hearts, 15-20 lungs, and 30-50 VAD’s per year with multi organ transplant capabilityRecognized as a Platinum ECMO Center and considered one of busiest centers in the Unites StatesPatient mix includes heart and lung transplants, mechanical assist devices, VV/VA ECMORobust GME and ACGME programs in Orlando with Medical Students, Residents and Fellows on siteFull Time schedule would consist of 14 shifts per month$50,000 signing bonusThis employment opportunity with AdventHealth Medical Group Critical Care is a part of our established group of more than 80 physicians and APP’s.
