Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Admissions Director to join our team in Madisonville, TN. The Admissions/Marketing Director will assist in facilitating and overseeing the admissions process of new patients, from reviewing referrals to coordinating with the hospital discharge planners and the families ensuring a smooth arrival, welcome, and transition to the facility. The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving individualized strategies for census development for our skilled nursing facility located in Madisonville, TN. The Marketing Director will also provide strong leadership, direction, and oversight to the Clinical Liaisons. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF (skilled nursing facility) sales and marketing experience. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday working with some weekends depending on facility needs. Admission Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with directing the admissions process and ensure appropriate placement, coordinate admission documentation Virtually participate in the facility sales and marketing team with assigned facilities Ensure room readiness and optimal bed availability Evaluate potential residents for clinical appropriateness Marketing Duties include, but are not limited to: Managing, cultivating, and driving physician, social worker, discharge planner, and hospital relationships Overseeing and ensuring facility census goals are met Executing marketing to referral sources Conducting market assessments and developing strategies to maximize admissions Other responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements: 1-2 Years Experience in long-term care 1-2 Years Experience in admissions Organizational Skills WHY Champion Care?
