Admission / Marketing Director

Monroe Health and Rehabiliation Center is currently interviewing for a Marketing Director. This position will be responsible for our Madisonville, TN market. The Marketing Director will be responsible for driving individualized strategies for census development for our skilled nursing facility located in Madisonville, TN. The Marketing Director will also provide strong leadership, direction, and oversight to the Clinical Liaisons. We are seeking an individual with previous SNF (skilled nursing facility) sales and marketing experience. Admission Duties include but are not limited to: •Assist with directing the admissions process and ensure appropriate placement, coordinate admission documentation •Virtually participate in the facility sales and marketing team with assigned facilities •Ensure room readiness and optimal bed availability •Evaluate potential residents for clinical appropriateness This is a full time position. Marketing Duties include, but are not limited to: Managing, cultivating, and driving physician, social worker, discharge planner, and hospital relationships Overseeing and ensuring facility census goals are met Executing marketing to referral sources Conducting market assessments and developing strategies to maximize admissions Other responsibilities as assigned Requirements: Strong health care community relations experience Minimum of two years of experience in SNF sales and marketing or clinical liaison Champion Care is committed to provide the best for our employees, benefits may vary based on the statues of the employee.
