Crestview Management, a managing company of Philadelphia Marriott West Hotel, is looking for Room Attendant for its property located at West Conshohocken, PA.

Job Description

The Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organize, sanitize and well-maintained. They perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as making beds, changing linens, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms. They also restock supplies, such as towels and toiletries, and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and common areas according to the hotel set standard of cleanliness
  • Upholding the hotels confidentiality and security standards.
  • Restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and notepads.
  • Organizing and stocking housekeeping carts.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and regulations
  • Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning materials, supplies and equipment
  • Ability to work independently but also a team player.
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
