You will serve as their primary point of contact and provide assistance with their inquiries and requests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling our services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client orders.
  • Assist in the resolution of client issues and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively cross-sell and upsell to clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing information and resources to generate new business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle and resolve difficult situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
