Responsibilities: Reviews and evaluates reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records. Takes appropriate action to address areas of concern and manages cases through to completion of the entire process. Coordinates with staff and persons internal and external to the agency to carry out the security activities. Utilizes advanced communication skills. Researches personnel security information using advanced technology as applicable. Analyzes data, and applies law, regulation, policy, and procedures commensurate with established requirements and with fair concern for equality and detail. Reviews and compares personnel security vetting forms in the intake process for completeness, accuracy, and requests additional information. Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions. Demonstrates proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint. Written and oral communications skills commensurate with position.
