Key Responsibilities: Project Responsibilities • Work with Client key stakeholders to gather business requirements and create an approved execution plan • Create a requirement traceability matrix • Author business and technical requirement documents • Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures • Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, and operational research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client • Develop and refine internal process improvements with suggested solutions • Explain requirements to Developers • Conducting user acceptance tests • Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures

Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile: Business Development • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience with IoT, Smart Building Technology, Building Management/automation systems, CMMS/Asset Management Systems • Experience with infrastructure servers, switches, desktops, phones, security, and audio/visual Skills • Agile / iterative project delivery experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal • Strong ability to interact with onsite contacts at a management level • High level of understanding of the Information Technology field • Ability to interact with Client internal teams, vendors, providers, and contractors • Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignments • Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and firm schedules • Effective problem solving and negotiating skills • Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office Products, SQL, MS PowerBI, Tableu

Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Duties are performed primarily in an office setting. Operates computer and standard office equipment, such as telephone and copier/printer. Employee must be at to sit, climb or balance, hear, use hands, taste/smell, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, walk, talk, and reach with hands and arms. Travel: • Position may require travel and temporary relocation as required for specific work-related projects. • Occasional travel may be required to locations for project work
