Description Summary Assists Retail Support Coordinator and Director of Retail Operations with all functions of the Retail Operations department, the day-to-day operations of Retail and its compliance with applicable procedures and providing support to branch personnel. Responsibilities Understands all duties of the Retail Operations department and is able to act in a backup role for the Retail Support Coordinator. Assists with administering various Retail systems such as Integrated Teller, EnAct, etc. Coordinates Retail Help Desk and assists team with answering questions from Retail staff. Assists with CTR review, approval, and submission within required timeframe. Assists with all tasks handled by Retail Operations including Reg CC holds, counterfeit & foreign currency, branch cash ordering, purchasing, various general ledger reconciliations, etc. Assists with creating and updating procedures in the Retail Banking Procedure Manual. Maintains a thorough understanding of corporate goals, policies, operating procedures, and products and services. Produces various reporting and tracking as determined by management. Assists with Retail process evaluation and reengineering. Assists with coaching and development of team members. Conducts/participates in various meetings/trainings as determined by management. Performs other duties and special projects as designated by management. Requirements Skills/Experience/Education Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and five or more years of experience in Retail Operations. Excellent written and oral communication skills including giving presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. Essential Mental & Physical Requirements Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines. Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions. Ability to problem solve through resourcefulness and critical thinking. Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment that changes quickly. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team with limited direction from management. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required. Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division any “undue hardship” then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
