IT Support Specialist Join Built as an IT Support Specialist and help build the future of construction finance. This is a hands?on, high?impact role where your curiosity, creativity, and love for automation will take you far. Through its connected product suite, Built enables stakeholders to finance, develop, build, own, and operate smarterall in one place. What Youll Do Be the go?to hero for employees tech needs via Jira Service Managementown tickets from intake to resolution or escalation. Troubleshoot macOS, Windows devices, Google Workspace, Okta, Zoom, and more. Design and build new request types, automations, and workflows in Jira to improve the support experience. Partner with IT Engineering to turn manual processes into automated ones. Lead the IT portion of weekly New Hire Orientation, continuously improve onboarding through Confluence and automation tools. Manage company devices in Atlassian Assets (CMDB) and support Zoom Rooms and Logitech Rally Bar setups. Document IT processes in Confluence and Scribe guides, and champion process improvement. Help design automation between systems (Okta ? Jira ? Slack ? Kandji) to eliminate repetitive tasks. Youll Thrive Here If You Love finding elegant solutions to messy problems. Get excited about automating repetitive tasks and improving workflows. Communicate clearly and confidently with everyone from interns to executives. Can pivot quickly and learn on the fly in a fast?paced tech stack. Care about the people behind the ticketsnot just the technology. What You Bring 2+ years of IT or Help Desk experience in a tech?forward environment. Deep comfort with macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, and Okta. Experience with Kandji or Intune, and Jira Service Management. Curiosity and willingness to learn automation tools (Okta Workflows, Power Automate, Zapier). Bonus: A/V support experience, Atlassian admin knowledge, or light scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Perks & Compensation Salary: $65,000$85,000 USD per year (midpoint competitive).
