Job Description Job Description The RoleThe role of Marketing Director requires working with our senior management team to develop and grow our business. The Marketing Director is also responsible for developing and nurturing our client relationships to help achieve our company's broader vision.Primary Responsibilities:Develop / Implement strategies and tactics to deliver innovative and integrated solutions and campaignsDevelop strategies derived from marketing campaigns and be able to articulate those strategies through an engaging narrativePartner with customers in setting strategies and the development of compelling print, digital, and social content/programsManage a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, video, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much moreBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, customer, and vendorsManage marketing budgets for both client and companyEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetMaintain and manage changes to the project scope, schedule and project costManage and direct multiple projectsAct as liaison between multiple departments where projects overlapMeasure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsSet specific digital objectives (for each platform) and recommend measurementManage and Nurture Marketing team Evaluation and Analysis Assist in the design and execution of digital analytics Analyze web, social, SEO, email and a variety of digital metricsEvaluate and optimize processes to improve customer experienceCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeasure effectiveness of all social media and digital marking processesSupports marketing team by providing direction and guidance as neededStrategize and provide regular cadence with existing clientsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldFive years+ of experience in Marketing and Business DevelopmentExperience in multi-channel (advertising, video, content, experiential, PR, social) campaign planning and execution at a senior levelProven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivateProven record of generating new opportunities through existing clients and external briefsStrategic and logical thinker that can easily dissect insight and research to identify opportunitiesSEO/SEM and CRM software, GA4, UX Design, content distribution services (SAS)Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsAbility to lead a marketing team; Be a team player and a role model for the teamUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online/offline marketing and measurementCompany:World Synergy is a leading strategic integrated services firm in Cleveland, Ohio.
