About the Opportunity:

Trusted Staffe is partnering with a regional medical center in Lawton, OK to find a qualified and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist LCSW to join their growing team. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional mental health services to individuals in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document treatment progress and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.
  • May participate in outreach and education programs to promote mental health awareness in the community.

Qualifications:

  • Current LCSW, LPC, LBP, or LMFT license in the state of Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure).
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience providing clinical mental health services in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
  • Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
