Position Summary
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will manage all administrative HR functions for the GardaWorld Security Services team. While you will be physically stationed in our Corporate Office in St. Louis, you will assist GardaWorld branches across the United States. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Management:
- Interact positively with applicants
- Manage applicants through the tracking system
- Administer drug screens and background checks
- Schedule employee orientation and enroll in the Learning Management System
- Communicate benefits to new hires and during open enrollment
- Maintain candidate records in WinTeam
- Employee Management:
- Build and maintain employment records
- Verify licenses and compliance
- Process terminations and handle unemployment claims
- Monitor driver compliance
- Maintain data integrity in WinTeam
- Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee engagement efforts
- Maintain OSHA documentation and support EEO-1 reporting
- Assist with Leave of Absence or ADA requests
- Communicate employment law changes
- Support walk-in applicants and employees
- Answer branch phones as needed
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tech-savvy with experience in various HRIS systems
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass an extensive screening process
