Apogee is actively seeking a Program Management Analyst to be located at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will provide a wide range of Management support for USAF and FMS programs managed by the AFLCMC/WI Directorate, AFLCMC/WIN Division, and specific programs.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide data, task, and process management services to support WIN's manpower program
  • Maintain accurate manpower program documentation records such as RPAs
  • Prepare manpower and program updates and packages in the Resource Identification Tool (RIT); manage all WIN programs in the RIT
  • Communicate with functional home offices on vacancies, fill plans, and RPA submittals
  • Manage all division manpower taskers to maximize timeliness and accuracy
  • Complete taskers such as: FY24 requirement taskers, government retention, defense readiness reporting, facilities taskers, and seating requirements
  • Facilitate monthly AQ meetings with the program office and AQ home office to discuss issues, concerns, and urgent needs for specific MPCNs
  • Facilitate bi-monthly manpower review with WIN leadership to review the health of the division, and current vacancies by functional area
  • Leverage the COBRA tool for the health of WIN's manpower program
  • Produce various reports from the RMIS tracking system weekly
  • Manage additional unit programs for the WIN Front Office Group
  • Facilitate and assist with the preparation of all WIN awards & Medals for Civilians and Military
  • Assist with management and process flow for Military officer performance reports (OPR)
  • Assist with a wide range of administrative ad hoc tasks including reviewing and editing briefings that may contain Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) SENSOR information for Division and Program Executive Officer Reviews
Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret clearance

Education: High School Diploma

Years of experience: 20 years of experience years of related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD assisting with program management functions, processes, and analytical methods to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by the directorate to include:
  • The evaluation and analysis of the disciplines and relatedspecialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions
  • Assist in tracking directorate personnel manning and in preparing organization charts.
  • analyzing functional/non-functional military manpower data and organizational structures
  • Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Experience:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, including 3 supporting the DoD, OR
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience
  • Some knowledge and experience in the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) domain and associated sensors
Benefits
