We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst to leverage their extensive functional and technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors. This role will support implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors platforms related to recruiting, onboarding, and employee data management. Key aspects of this role include collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, ensuring compliance, and proposing innovative solutions. In this role, you will also maintain documentation, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and actively contribute to platform enhancements and implementations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to recruiting and onboarding platforms and employee data management.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to promptly resolve technical issues.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to understand and translate their needs into platform requirements and enhancements.
  • Analyze existing recruitment onboarding processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline and optimize processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality controls to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technological developments in SAP SuccessFactors and propose innovative solutions to enhance platform functionality.
  • Generate measurement reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring, retention, and new employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials, ensuring consistent platform usage and understanding of processes.
  • Participate in implementing new functionality, modules, and enhancements with SAP SuccessFactors platforms.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Compensation:
  • Starting at $80,000 per year
  • Salary is commensurate with experience
