JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a team leader to join the Proline development team. Proline is a supply chain planning software powered by Artificial Intelligence and Optimization to improve efficiency, yield and service level, while decreasing waste, and stock levels. Our team is looking for a motivated individual who has a real passion for software development, delivering high-quality products, and building multifaceted enterprise applications for a diverse and growing international client base. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Will contribute to building multifaceted enterprise and customized applications for a diverse and growing international client base. Manage and lead a team of developers on a project by setting a clear vision and roadmap Scale team and onboard new developers to include setting goals, providing mentorship and guidance Collaborate with other teams to complete a feature, such as data scientists and UX developers Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as C# Test programs for errors using integration, unit, and end-to-end tests Perform peer code review and provide meaningful feedback to help build better solutions Establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions of the organization EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS B.S. Computer Science or related, equivalent experience 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or C#, preferably in developing large-scale web applications. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Angular, ASP.NET Core, or similar technologies in a professional setting. 5+ years of experience in the software development life cycle including product definition, design, development, testing, and implementation 2+ years of experience leading development teams

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES Proficient/advanced in English: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently. Strong technical foundation: Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Effective project management: Ability to lead projects from inception to completion, adept at prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Leadership and growth mindset: Open to adopting new technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive both personal and team growth. Ability to mentor and inspire team members through knowledge sharing and professional development.
