The Human Resources Coordinator performs assigned administrative duties and completes assigned projects related to the Human Resources and Accounting Departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain personnel files and other employment records
Full cycle employee experience from Recruiting to terminations
Assist in recruiting efforts, source candidates, screen, and schedule interviews
Administer employee benefits and leaves of absence
Prepare termination packages
Maintain organization charts
Create and provide reports
Prepare, update and maintain job descriptions
Support positive employee relations
Receive and sort mail
Office Supply Ordering
Must maintain confidentiality
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

Hourly wage range from $20 - $25 depending on experience.
Skills & Experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
