As a Tax Supervisor, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

This is an on-site or hybrid position with a home office in either our Lancaster, PA or Camp Hill, PA locations.

* Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings, minimizing tax liabilities, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. * Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues, staying up-to-date with the tax laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely guidance. * Review and supervise the preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns, ensuring precision and compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. * Thorough knowledge of the tax issues facing privately held Corporations, S Corporations and Partnerships, including state tax matters, especially in the areas of tax compliance, tax accounting and consulting services. * Knowledge of individual tax returns and the interplay of corporate and owner tax regulations. * Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement, managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials. * Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Advanced degree (e.g Master's in Taxation) preferred. * CPA or Member of the Bar. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate and partnership tax, preferably in a public accounting firm. * Proficiency in tax software and other accounting tools (e.g., CCH Axcess, Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax) is highly desirable.
