The HR Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our HR policies and procedures support the facility's operational and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Compensation and Benefits AdministrationOversee compensation and benefits plans, ensuring accurate payroll processing. Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration. Talent AcquisitionCoordinate job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks. Facilitate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Workforce PlanningDevelop and manage workforce plans, including headcount, temporary labor, and overtime requirements. Implement and oversee organizational changes as needed. Training and DevelopmentDesign, plan, and execute training and development programs. Identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Employee Relations and Performance ManagementProvide guidance to management on employee relations issues and performance management. Address and resolve employee concerns, including leaves of absence and workplace issues. Health, Safety, and ComplianceLead the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), ensuring regular meetings and inspections. Conduct workplace accident investigations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Policy and Procedure ImplementationDevelop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain updated employee records and facility organization charts. Reporting and AnalysisPrepare reports and presentations as required. Administer Quality of Work Life Survey and work with leadership to develop action plans for improvement. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of HR regulations and best practices. Skills:Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve complex HR issues.
