**Job Duties:**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

* Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility

* Direct supervision of the cleaning staff

* Initial and ongoing training of staff

* Managing multiple buildings

* Ordering supplies

* Managing labor and supply budgets

* Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

* Bilingual is a plus but not required

* Our Managers work an early second shift schedule

* Cleaning Restrooms

* Removing Trash

* Sanitizing

* Sweeping & Mopping

* Vacuuming & Dusting

**Jobs:**

* Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:30am (with hour lunch) With Variable Weekends (40 Hours Total) @ $22.00 Per Hour

* Room to Grow

* Work Individually or as a Team

**Requirements:**

* You **must** be 18 years old

* 2 Plus years of Management Experience

* Excellent written and oral communications skills

* Janitorial or other service related background

* A valid drivers license with favorable driving history

* A pre-employment drug screen is required

* Covid Shot Required
