POSITION OVERVIEW: The Technology Services department of the Wayne County Airport Authority is responsible for providing and managing the technology systems, solutions, and services for both Detroit Metro (DTW) and Willow Run (YIP) airports. Technology Services is seeking qualified candidates to utilize their knowledge, skills, and abilities to serve as an onsite Network Engineer who will be responsible to design, implement, manage, monitor, and support an enterprise network environment in support of our travelers, operations, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design, implement, manage, monitor, and support all network systems and solutions.
•Provide 24x7x365 support resolution for enterprise services as needed.
•Implement and support projects as required to meet TS goals and objectives.
•Create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.
•Support Business Continuity testing and initiatives.
•Provide reports and metrics for performance analysis and growth planning.
•Adhere to all security practices and policies.
•Perform related duties as directed.

Education Requirement
•B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. OR
•High School Diploma with Minimum four (4) years working in an enterprise environment with the technologies outlined in the Minimum Qualifications.

•One (1) or more Certifications from the following list (or equivalent):

o CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert)
o PCNSA (PaloAlto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator)
o PCNSE (PaloAlto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer)
o CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional)
o CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

Not Required - Additional and Future Technologies -

•Working knowledge or experience with the following technologies:
o LogRhythym
