The Vice President of Product Development oversees the research, creation, enhancement, and redesign of products within Ikon Technologies. This executive role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring that all products align with the company’s vision and quality standards. Responsibilities Define and implement the company's product development direction and vision, aligning with growth objectives. Lead the entire product lifecycle, from design and research to development and production, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. Provide team leadership by managing tasks, fostering collaboration across departments, and addressing stakeholder needs. Develop budgets, timelines, and evaluate marketing strategies for product launches while analyzing customer engagement data to enhance product offerings and improve user experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (master’s degree a plus). 10+ years experience in product management and development. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive innovation. Preference for Automotive SaaS experience. Knowledge of electrical and electronics hardware, telematics, associated software, and app development for IOS and Android. Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams across a variety of functional roles. Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends. Proven change agent and a strong strategic thinker. Proven track record of clear communications with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams. Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics.
