Key responsibilities include receiving and recording all cash transactions, processing payments, identifying unapplied amounts, creating account reconciliations, preparing and uploading payment files, processing credit card payments, investigating discrepancies, entering credit memos, preparing refunds, and assisting with cash-related inquiries.
