Coke Florida is looking for an Equipment Field Planning Supervisor based out of our Tampa Headquarters location. We're currently looking for 6:00AM to 3:30PM shift, working Monday through Friday.

What You Will Do:

As a Coke Florida Equipment Services Planning Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing direct management of the Equipment Services Planner and Equipment Parts Specialist positions, ensuring consistent execution of the daily equipment and parts planning processes, and that equipment is scheduled for the delivery to the customer efficiently and on the date requested by the customer while utilizing available resources. The Equipment Services Planning Supervisor is also responsible for employee development, continuous improvement of planner productivity, system tools utilization and increased customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Equipment Services Planners to ensure consistent execution of the daily planning processes for all operations across the assigned coverage area
  • Maintain effective staffing and scheduling, including providing relief coverage of Planners as needed
  • Verify that orders are scheduled without errors and create the most cost-efficient route schedules possible within any given constraints including best utilization of trucks, warehouse, human and financial resources
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the CONA FSL scheduling system and parts planning modules
  • Promote an environment conducive to high morale and performance
  • Develop Equipment Services Planners through training, coaching and feedback
  • Effectively communicate issues and continuous improvement opportunities to immediate supervisor and or DC Management
  • Maintain regular communication with the Leader of the Equipment Services Organization and provide weekly summary report of planning days out
For this role, you will need:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•At least 2 years Planning or Analytical experience
•At least 2 years of supervisory experience required

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:
•Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
•Strong Customer Service Skills
•3+ years of Planning or Analytical Experience
•2+ years of experience with Equipment Field Services preferred
