Job OverviewPosition Summary

The Installation Specialist plays a crucial role in the assembly and setup of tailored structures, cabinetry, millwork, and medical apparatus, as well as the removal of existing equipment. This position also involves some demolition and renovation tasks across various healthcare environments, in addition to the installation of diverse client products.

Compensation: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour

  • Work under supervision.
Tier 2 – Skilled Laborer
  • Fulfill all Tier 1 requirements.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in one or more trades with a basic understanding of others.
  • Organize building materials effectively.
  • Access and comprehend company tool inventory.
  • Possess basic structural knowledge and the ability to install structures independently.
  • Prepare daily construction reports.
  • Understand the building process and material costs.
  • Work under general supervision, potentially leading small projects or teams.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide personal hand tools as per KR Wolfe's tool list.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical trade school preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or technical trade school equivalent is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction field environment.
Skills Required

Strong language skills for reading and interpreting plans, effective communication with various stakeholders, and basic computer skills are essential.

Travel Requirements

This position requires extensive travel and may involve working on weekends, nights, and evenings.

Physical Demands

Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, climbing, balancing, and performing various physical activities.
