**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company within the landscaping industry.

**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including homeowners, property managers, real estate developers, and commercial

businesses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies to promote the company's services and generate leads.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
- Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

**Qualifications:**
- 1 - 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of the landscaping industry (or similar service industry) and familiarity with products, services, and best practices.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
