We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Machine Learning Model Development:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

Feature Engineering:

Identify relevant features and perform data preprocessing to enhance model performance.

Model Evaluation:

Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and fine-tune them for optimal results.

Data Visualization:

Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through data visualization techniques.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems or develop new applications.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science and machine learning, and apply cutting-edge techniques to real-world problems.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating practical applications of machine learning.

Programming Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is highly desirable.

Statistical Analysis:

Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to approach business challenges with a data-driven mindset.

Communication:

Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration:

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
