Patient Care Coordinator - American Hearing & Audiology

Job Duties: As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

•- Greeting patients with a positive attitude, ready to help solve their needs

•- Handling inbound marketing calls and reaching out to patients proactively

•- Coordinating hearing care providers' schedules

•- Verifying patient insurance benefits and coverage

•- Maintaining accurate records in practice management software

•- Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

•- Engaging in community outreach events and health fairs

Requirements: To qualify for this position, you should have the following:

•- High School diploma

•- Clear, strong voice with an energetic and outgoing personality

•- Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions

•- 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry

•- Familiarity with word processing and database software

•- Ability to efficiently manage a busy office environment

Pay

•$18 - $21 / Hourly

•Plus - Monthly bonus potential
