Job Duties: As a Patient Care Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

· - Greeting patients with a positive attitude, ready to help solve their needs

· - Handling inbound marketing calls and reaching out to patients proactively

· - Coordinating hearing care providers' schedules

· - Verifying patient insurance benefits and coverage

· - Maintaining accurate records in practice management software

· - Managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports

· - Engaging in community outreach events and health fairs

Requirements: To qualify for this position, you should have the following:

· - High School diploma

· - Clear, strong voice with an energetic and outgoing personality

· - Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse patient interactions

· - 1-2+ years of office experience in a patient-driven industry

· - Familiarity with word processing and database software

· - Ability to efficiently manage a busy office environment

Pay

· $18 - $21 / Hourly

· Plus - Monthly bonus potential
