Additional Details: Inpatient second shift (evening) pharmacist with possible weekend rotation Capable of assuming responsibility for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy relative to the total needs/problems of the ambulatory care patient in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
