Pharmacist - Inpatient

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Full Time; PM hours; weekend rotation

We are seeking professional and skilled Pharmacists, with CURRENT or PRIOR hospital experience, to help our inpatient hospital pharmacies.

The ideal inpatient Pharmacist candidate, is required to have an active IL RPH license, and inpatient pharmacy experience.

Required Qualifications:
Working within a hospital setting
DUR
Illinois Pharmacist license in active and good standing

Pharmacist Responsibilities:
Capable of assuming responsibility for evaluating and monitoring drug therapy relative to the total needs/problems of the ambulatory care patient in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Drug utilization review (DUR)

Compensation: depends on experience, skill set, availability and distance.
