What you will do: Main focus will be on tax compliance Be part of our leadership team, train, and develop staff Manage client work and relationships Review and or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns Review and or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740 Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients

What you need to bring: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in international tax compliance. Bachelors or Masters in Accountancy or Taxation, or similar program from an accredited college/university. 1-2 years of income tax return review experience International tax experience is welcome but not required CPA license CCH Axcess experience ProSystem fx Engagement experience

Who we serve: Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion
