The Customer Care Representative is the customer relationship expert responsible for upselling and maximizing customer satisfaction. They are the key point of contact for daily customer business, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and developing relationships with new customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer experiences, responding to inquiries and managing inside sales processes efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, collaborating with the Sales Team for increased revenue.
  • Investigate and resolve concerns related to part sales, pricing, deliveries, returns, warranties, and technical issues.
  • Actively contribute to growing parts revenue, expedite orders, and assist with warranty claims processing.
  • Create quotes, proposals, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with customers for future parts ordering, proactive planning, and utilization of Epiroc e-commerce platforms.
  • Participate in employee development programs, including training and personal development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years in an Inside Sales/Proposal/Customer Service role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Full cycle sales management & B2C/B2B experience required
  • Mining and/or construction industries experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Exceptional oral, verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • May be required to work On-Call hours as business needs require
