The primary objectives of the Analyst are to conduct best execution analysis, execute mandatory loan sales and manage acquisitions of third party originated loans. This individual will be working as part of the team that manages company pricing, hedging, securitization and TBA trading Duties

(including, but not limited to): Evaluate current methods for best execution, loan sales, and servicing transfers and makes recommendations. Conduct loan sales including servicing retained, servicing released, correspondent investor AOT/DTs, Agency whole loan cash sales, co-issue transactions, and specified pools into GINNIE securities Monitor TBA and MBS market movements to manage hedge Coordinate with warehouse facility on movement of collateral Support daily pricing for TPO channel Provide next-level support for the lock desk on escalation items Coordinate with accounting on any escrow or payment discovery thru reconciliation process Identify gaps and risk-in-processes and recommend and implement solutions. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting Obtain, maintain, and apply knowledge of mortgage servicing best practices Any other duties as assigned Requirements

Required for this position: attention to detail, advanced organization skills, independent thinking, ability to visualize cause and affect relationships of documents, ability to review and understand federal and state laws, excellent communication skills, high level of accuracy, and strong desire to excel in a competitive environment. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. Prior working experience related to Secondary Markets is required, with 3-5 years’ experience preferred. Demonstrated experience with trading and hedging techniques required Working understanding of pricing structures and interest rate risk management needed Track record of successfully supporting Secondary Market functions either through acquiring loans for a portfolio or selling and delivering loans for sales Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; experience with electronic mortgage processing systems such as Encompass preferred. Excellent mathematical skills are required. Demonstrated experience in analytical, critical thinking, and research techniques Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills are necessary.
