About the Role:
  • The Operations Support role involves researching and improving operations, supporting operations systems, contributing to operations analysis and organization success, verifying operations systems, and improving operations analysis job knowledge.
Responsibilities:
  • Research and improve operations by examining and researching systems problems, analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
  • Support operations systems by providing operating information to customers, answering questions, and providing training.
  • Contribute to operations analysis and organization success by welcoming new requests, helping others accomplish job results, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and essential documentation.
  • Verify operations systems by developing testing methods, conducting tests, and documenting results.
