BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Account Processor for an opportunity in Saint Paul, MN
Position Title: Account Processor
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Anticipated Start Date: 08/15/2024

Expected Duration: 3+ Months (possibility for extension)
Job Type: Monday through Friday - (Hybrid -3 days at the office)
Pay Range: $24/hr - $28/hr
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
Money movement.
Payment processing/ Wire transfers.
Hogan experience.
Description:
Performs various document processing and record-keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating, and summarizing documents and information; completing reports, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems, and responding to customer requests for information.
Looking for Someone to process work out of a queue. Need to be detail-oriented to QC requests for outgoing wires for clients. Bank operations or branch experience would be a plus. We have metrics that track volumes of how much people process so we expect everyone to do their part to help the team keep up with demand.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the queue and process requests for outgoing wires
Team player
Monitor shared email box to respond to front office request
Extremely detail-oriented
They will work with the Money Movement Team/Private Wealth Management Centralized Wires.
Required Experience:
* MS Teams/Office
* Detail oriented
* Customer service experience
* Takes initiative
* Banking operations or branch experience
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with wires
* Hogan experience
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three or more years of experience in administrative support activities
