What You Will Do: Project Oversight: Monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects. Identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion. Resource Management: Manages all aspects of an engineering project and programs. Allocate resources effectively, drive strategic planning, and assign tasks to meet business targets. Team Leadership: Direct a team of professionals and team leaders in technical manufacturing and administrative areas. Communication: Conduct project meetings and prepare comprehensive reports to communicate project status to stakeholders. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex project issues, recommending solutions and adjusting resources as necessary. Customer Interface: Act as the primary contact with key customers, fostering strong professional relationships and understanding their needs within project scope. Program Management: Oversee all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and objectives. Proposal and Budget Management: Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, and financial terms/conditions of contracts. Performance Management: Monitor project progress and assess issues to ensure productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Schedule Management: Meets program schedules and budgets and maintains a portion of the integrated master schedules for project(s). Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Advanced degree in a related field or Mechanical Engineering degree. Experience in maintaining integrated master schedules for projects. The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
