**Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in pre-construction planning and overseeing daily operations. Your tasks will include communicating progress, issues, and solutions throughout the project, executing and signing contracts with subcontractors, and managing subcontractors including excavators, concrete crews, framers, electricians, and equipment installers. You will ensure materials are available on-site timely, schedule contractors to meet project deadlines, conduct daily inspections to uphold quality standards, and handle shipping schedules and conflicts. You will also uphold and enforce company safety and biosecurity policies.
