Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the credit portfolios performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Analyze market conditions and economic trends to assess their impact on the banks credit portfolio, making data-driven decisions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit risk management, with substantial time in a senior leadership role. In-depth knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in credit risk management software and other relevant tools.
