Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and inform future strategies
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
  • Collaborate with the marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders
  • Manage the social media budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus
